12月22日，乐华娱乐（02306）发布公告，全资子公司乐华有限公司宣布与优酷信息技术签订了2026年业务合作框架协议。
该协议将于2026年1月1日至2026年12月31日生效，乐华有限公司将促使合适的签约艺人履行与优酷的相关委聘，并向优酷购买票务代理服务，包括代言推广优酷会员、出演综艺节目、电影及剧集等。
