12月22日，华工科技（000988）发布公告，董事吴涛因公司治理结构调整和工作原因申请辞去董事职务，离任后不再担任公司任何职务。
公司于2025年12月22日召开职工代表大会，选举汪若红担任职工董事，任期自职工代表大会通过之日起至董事会任期届满。
汪若红，1983年11月出生，曾任武汉华工激光有限责任公司工业设计部副经理、经理，公司职工代表监事，现任武汉华工激光有限责任公司工业设计中心总监。
2025年前三季度，华工科技实现收入110.38亿元，归母净利润13.21亿元。
