12月20日，明阳集团董事长张传卫在越南河内与越南企业Vingroup董事长范日旺（Pham Nhat Vuong）举行会谈。双方就越南及全球市场战略合作达成共识，并签署2GW风机订货协议。基于该协议，双方将共同致力于在全球范围内开发总规模超过20GW的风电项目。
