企查查APP显示，近日，宜春鑫丰时代矿业有限公司成立，法定代表人为刘申态，注册资本约7949万元，经营范围包含非金属矿及制品销售、金属矿石销售。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由宁德时代（300750）旗下宜春时代新能源资源有限公司、宜春市矿业有限责任公司共同持股。
