格隆汇12月22日｜意大利竞争与市场管理局（AGCM）12月22日宣布，对苹果公司、Apple Distribution International和苹果意大利公司处以9863.5万欧元罚款，原因是滥用市场支配地位。声明称，该机构的调查结果认定，从竞争法的角度来看，苹果的“应用追踪透明度”（ATT）政策（即该公司自2021年4月起对通过App Store分发的第三方应用开发者施加的iOS设备隐私规则）具有限制竞争的性质。
