格隆汇12月21日丨水星家纺(603365.SH)公布，李丽君女士计划减持公司股份不超过152万股，即不超过公司总股本的0.5791%，不超过其持有公司股份总数的25%；李裕奖先生计划减持公司股份不超过300万股，即不超过公司总股本的1.1429%。上述股东将通过集中竞价或大宗交易的方式减持公司股份，减持期间为自本公告披露之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内。减持价格按照减持实施时的市场价格来确定。
