近日，来沪人员袁某身着网购的快递员工作服，在外滩直播时遭到工作人员劝阻。袁某拒不配合管理，言语挑衅并煽动直播间观众“人肉”保安员，造成恶劣社会影响。目前，袁某已被警方依法处以行政拘留。
