财联社12月20日电，从国铁广州局了解到，汕汕高铁汕头至汕头南段将于12月22日建成通车。届时，广州东至汕头最快1小时50分钟可达；深圳北至汕头最快1小时39分可达，粤港澳大湾区与粤东经济特区的时空距离将进一步压缩，为区域经济社会高质量发展提供有力支撑。
