12月19日，盛新锂能（002240）发布公告，公司副总经理姚婧因个人原因申请辞职，辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。辞职后，姚婧仍在公司担任董事职务。
2025年前三季度，盛新锂能实现收入30.95亿元，归母净利润-7.52亿元。
