当地时间12月18日，安森美宣布，已与格芯（GlobalFoundries）签署合作协议。双方将基于格芯最先进的200毫米增强型硅基GaN工艺，共同研发并制造先进GaN（氮化镓）功率产品，合作将从650V器件开始。
