12月18日晚，奔流新闻记者从“河南9岁女童术后成植物人”案受害者家属处获悉，河南省郑州市金水区人民法院对此案做出一审判決，因在诊疗过程中存在篡改病历等多项严重违规行为，河南省人民医院被法院推定存在过错，判令其赔偿9岁患儿瑞瑞各项损失共计201.677853万元。（奔流新闻）
