12月18日，据株洲市渌口区人民法院，刘玲父母离婚时约定女儿大学学费各承担一半，刘玲考上某高校美术专业，学杂费一年达3万余元，其中学费28000元，代收费和住宿费2889元。其父表示无力承担，被刘玲起诉到法院。（三湘都市报）
