12月18日，康师傅控股有限公司发布公告，宣布首席执行官陈应让将于2025年12月31日服务合约届满后正式退休，董事会委任现任执行董事、康师傅饮品控股有限公司董事长、康师傅创始人魏应州的三儿子魏宏丞为新任CEO，2026年1月1日起生效。
