近日，在位于乌海市乌达区三道坎街道的“暖心里”服务驿站内，志愿者为居民讲解政策。今年以来，乌达区三道坎街道党工委聚焦居民需求，因地制宜打造的“暖心里”服务驿站向公众开放。驿站里不仅配备了饮水机、共享雨伞、应急药箱等，还提供政策咨询、图书阅读、饮水热饭、歇脚充电等一站式便民服务。本报记者 郝飚 摄
