吴说获悉，Bitwise 已向 U.S. SEC 提交 Form S-1，拟推出现货型 Bitwise Sui ETF，旨在跟踪 Trust 持有的 Sui 价值（扣除费用），Trust 的 Sui 由 Coinbase Custody 托管，并计划对部分资产进行质押。
