12月18日，中信银行（601998/00998）发布公告，宣布自2025年12月16日起不再设置监事会。该决定是基于2025年8月26日召开的股东大会及相关会议通过的议案，经过国家金融监督管理总局的批准后生效。
监事会的职权将由董事会审计委员会行使，同时相关的监事会治理制度也将废止。
