新京报贝壳财经讯 12月18日，华远控股发布公告称，控股股东北京市华远集团有限公司质押3.1亿股，占其所持股份比例27.88%，占公司总股本比例13.21%。质押开始日为2025年12月16日，质押用途为公司转型发展。截至公告日，华远集团累计质押5.3亿股，占其持股数量47.67%，占公司总股本22.59%。
