据媒体12月17日报道，收藏大家庞莱臣曾孙女庞叔令将南京博物院告上法庭，要求返还仇英《江南春》等失踪的捐赠古画。17日晚，南京博物院发布情况说明称，将积极配合案件审理，深入核查该5幅画作去向，若存在违法违规行为将严肃处理。
