12月17日，据济综执处字〔2025〕第111号了解：山东第一医科大学建设的山东第一医科大学校史馆工程未经消防验收擅自投入使用。
依据《中华人民共和国消防法》 第五十八条第一款第二项，济南市城管局（市综合行政执法局）对山东第一医科大学（山东省医学科学院）处以罚款4万元。
