12月17日，澳大利亚天然气生产商Santos宣布，已签署一项附条件的买卖协议，将其在昆士兰州鲍文盆地马哈洛合资企业中42.86%的运营权益剥离给公司Comet Ridge。Santos表示，这笔交易将带来4000万澳元的首期付款，以及最高达2000万澳元的与生产里程碑挂钩的或有付款。
此外，Santos最近还完成了向埃尼澳大利亚公司出售其在北澳大利亚近海波拿巴盆地海燕气田（Petrel fields）42.71%的权益及燕鸥气田（Tern fields）100%的权益。
