俄罗斯政府拟在布里亚特共和国南部和外贝加尔边疆区（Zabaykalsky Krai） 实施全年永久性加密挖矿禁令，相关措施预计将于 2026 年生效。此前两地仅在冬季因用电高峰实施临时限令。俄罗斯已在被称为“挖矿之都”的 伊尔库茨克州南部禁止挖矿。目前，俄罗斯已有至少 10 个地区对挖矿实施长期或阶段性禁止，部分禁令将持续至 2031 年。（cryptopolitan）
