格隆汇12月16日丨极兔速递-W(01519.HK)宣布，公司非执行董事廖清华及公司独立非执行董事赖学明已获委任为公司提名委员会成员，自2025年12月16日起生效。
于上述委任后，提名委员会由一名执行董事(即李杰)、一名非执行董事(即廖清华)及三名独立非执行董事(即刘二飞、沈鹏及赖学明)组成。刘二飞为提名委员会主席。
