12月16日，渤海租赁（000415）发布公告，宣布其全资子公司GSCTL已于2025年12月15日完成对下属全资子公司GSCL的100%股权转让，买方为Typewriter Ascend。此次交易的前置条件已全部满足或被豁免，Typewriter Ascend已根据《股份购买协议》的价格调整机制向GSCTL支付了股权转让价款，最终交易价格将依据协议相关约定进行确认。
交易完成后，GSCTL不再持有GSCL的股权，GSCL也不再纳入公司的合并财务报表范围。
2025年前三季度，渤海租赁实现收入402.84亿元，归母净利润-13.72亿元。
