12月15日，阿里健康宣布重要人事变动。沈涤凡已获委任为董事会主席兼提名委员会主席；朱顺炎已辞任非执行董事、主席及提名委员会主席。阿里健康提名委员会现由一名执行董事（即担任主席的沈涤凡先生）及两名独立非执行董事（即邵蓉博士及吴亦泓女士）组成。
