12月15日，绿地控股（600606）发布公告，第一大股东上海格林兰投资企业于2025年11月7日解除质押股份5.21亿股，占其持股比例的14.32%及公司总股本的3.71%，同时新增质押5.21亿股。
本次股份解除质押及质押后，格林兰累计质押股份为36.11亿股，占其持股比例的99.26%。
2025年前三季度，绿地控股实现收入1279.98亿元，归母净利润-66.90亿元。
