今天，苏州相城房票安置新政落地！细则终于出炉！
重点如下：
1、实名制房票，一人一户专属，不能买卖、抵押
2、购买“房源库”里的商品房，奖励不低于票面金额5%，可享受税费减免
3、学区不“掉档”，在规定时间内，原学区入学资格会保留
4、房票政策一直到2030年8月31日都有效
