12月14日，据《华尔街日报》报道，OpenAI 在刚刚过去的一周告诉员工，该公司将取消一项薪酬政策。该政策规定员工在公司工作至少六个月后才能获得股权归属。这六个月就是所谓的“归属悬崖”。如果 OpenAI 员工在六个月内离职，任何股票都拿不到。
