格隆汇12月15日丨房地产网站Rightmove表示，受政府税收计划不确定性的拖累，12月份英国房屋挂牌价环比下跌1.8%。据该在线房地产平台称，此次下跌使挂牌价降至358128英镑（约合479425美元），导致年底挂牌价较2024年12月下跌0.6%。
