临近年底，一些劳动者因各种原因带薪年休假还没休或者没休完，那么，未休的年假会过期作废吗？年假是否能跨年度休？
对此，北京市兰台律师事务所高级合伙人程阳表示，未休年假并非过期作废，单位因生产工作特点确有必要跨年度安排职工年休假的，可以跨1个年度安排。
