吴说获悉，加密风投机构 Paradigm 合伙人 Charlie Noyes 宣布将卸任普通合伙人（GP）。Charlie 表示，其 19 岁加入 Paradigm，至今已 8 年，期间参与了机构从零到一的建设。卸任后，他仍将以董事会观察员身份继续参与预测市场平台，并支持 Paradigm 投资组合公司。Charlie 称，明年将公布下一步动向。
