2025年12月13日10时01分，南京大屠杀死难者国家公祭日默哀仪式举行，全城拉响防空警报一分钟。机动车停驶鸣笛，行人就地默哀，火车、船舶同时鸣笛致哀。
这一时刻，南京仿佛“按下暂停键”，市民共同悼念88年前在南京大屠杀中遇难的30余万同胞。
自2014年起，中国以立法形式设立国家公祭日；自2018年起，南京将“默哀一分钟”写入地方条例，强化仪式庄严性。（潮新闻）
