12月12日，快意电梯（002774）发布公告，公司因被取消2021年至2023年度高新技术企业资格，需补缴已享受的税收优惠及相应滞纳金。
经对所有涉税事项全面自查，公司需补缴税费2216万元，滞纳金654万元，合计2870万元。预计将影响公司2025年度净利润约2763万元。
截至本公告披露日，公司已将上述税费及滞纳金缴纳完毕，不涉及税务行政处罚。
2025年前三季度，快意电梯实现收入9.51亿元，归母净利润5206万元。
