中恒集团（600252）发布公告，董事徐诗玥和陈虎因岗位调整和工作变动辞去公司董事及相关职务，辞职自2025年12月12日起生效。
两位董事均未持有公司股份，且确认与公司董事会无意见分歧，辞职不会影响董事会的法定人数。为保证公司董事会正常运作，公司于2025年12月12日召开董事会，提名杨绍孙和刘龙作为新董事候选人。
2025年前三季度，中恒集团实现收入19.48亿元，归母净利润2464万元。
