12月12日，中洲控股（000042）发布公告，控股股东中洲集团部分股份被司法冻结。
截至公告披露日，中洲集团及其一致行动人前海君至累计被冻结股份1亿股，占其所持股份的28.31%，占公司总股本的15.09%。
2025年前三季度，中洲控股实现收入20.47亿元，归母净利润6151万元。
