12月12日，鸿海集团与高雄市政府就高雄捷运Y15土地开发案签约，宣告将投资金额新台币159亿元，进行创纪录的捷运联开案，鸿海将在高雄设立台湾南部地区旗舰总部。高雄Y15联开案预计2027年开工，2033年竣工，整体开发案包含两栋建筑物，科技研发办公大楼以及零售商业与住宅复合式空间。
