香港科学院（简称“港科院”）11日举行第十届周年大会，并选出五名新院士。新当选院士包括何旭华教授、关美宝教授、黄秀娟教授、迈克尔·霍伊瑟尔教授和黄维扬教授。
据了解，五位新增院士的研究领域涵盖多个学科。何旭华教授为数学家，关美宝教授是地理学家，黄秀娟教授是炎症性肠病研究的先驱，迈克尔·霍伊瑟尔教授专注于神经科学研究，黄维扬教授为化学专家。
