北京宠物犬中毒刑事公诉案今天在北京市朝阳区人民法院一审宣判。被告人张某华构成投放危险物质罪，被判处有期徒刑4年。张某华当庭提出上诉。
据悉，被告人张某华在小区公共区域投毒，导致9条犬只被毒死，包括宠物犬。
