12月9日，江西省工信厅发布关于江西泰和南方水泥有限公司日产2500吨水泥熟料产能转出方案的公示，公示时间为2025年12月9日至12月22日。
江西泰和南方水泥有限公司拟将2500吨/日水泥熟料产能分别转让至成县祁连山水泥有限公司5500吨/日水泥熟料生产线、平凉祁连山水泥有限公司3000吨/日水泥熟料生产线产能补齐，置换比例为2︰1。
