财联社12月10日电，欧洲议会12月10日发布消息说，欧洲议会与欧盟理事会9日晚就修订《欧洲气候法》达成一项临时政治协议，拟将2040年欧盟温室气体净排放量较1990年水平减少90%，为到2050年实现气候中和设定新的中期约束性目标。
