据新华社柏林12月9日电 (记者张毅荣、李超)德国总理默茨9日表示，近期发布的美国国家安全战略报告中的部分内容对欧洲而言“不可接受”，德国及欧洲在安全政策方面必须高度独立于美国。“美国优先”没问题，但“美国孤立”不符合美方利益。美国在世界上也需要伙伴，欧洲可以是其中之一。
