国家林业和草原局公告（2025年第16号）
根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》《国家林业局委托实施林业行政许可事项管理办法》规定，国家林业和草原局决定自2026年1月1日起，委托各省、自治区、直辖市、新疆生产建设兵团林业和草原主管部门实施“外来陆生野生动物物种野外放生审批”行政许可事项。
国家林业和草原局原则上不再受理本公告委托的行政许可事项。对委托的行政许可事项进行变更、中止或终止，将及时向社会公告。
特此公告。
