北京银行12月9日晚间公告，公司董事会收到首席财务官曹卓的辞职函，曹卓因个人原因，向公司董事会提请辞去首席财务官职务，上述辞任自2025年12月8日起生效。曹卓确认与本行董事会无不同意见，也无与其辞任首席财务官有关的其他事项需要知会本行股东及债权人。曹卓已按照本行相关管理规定做好工作交接。
