12月9日，赢时胜（300377）发布公告，公司控股股东、实际控制人之一唐球于2025年12月4日至2025年12月8日期间，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式累计减持公司股份287万股，占公司总股本的0.3818%。
此次减持是因个人资金需求，导致唐球及其一致行动人持有的公司股份比例由14.3098%减少至13.9281%，股东权益变动触及1%的整数倍（即14%）。
2025年前三季度，赢时胜实现收入9.37亿元，归母净利润-4321万元。
