格隆汇12月9日｜天地科技公告，公司计划出资35.45亿元在陕西省西安市设立控股子公司中煤科工（西安）智能成套装备科技有限公司，并由其投资建设“煤矿重大智能成套装备研发中心项目”。该子公司注册资本为20亿元，天地科技持股60%，4家子公司各持股10%。项目预计2026年4月开工，建设期18个月，旨在提升公司装备成套化和智能化能力，推动煤机装备出口及海外市场拓展。
