人民财讯12月8日电，荣盛石化(002493)12月8日公告，全资子公司荣盛新材料（舟山）拟转让其持有的荣盛能源（舟山）100%股权给转让给荣盛控股。截至目前荣盛控股持有公司 55.05%的股份，为公司控股股东。经专业机构评估，本次交易参照荣盛能源（舟山）的净资产协商确认价格为5.08亿元，最终以各方签署的正式交易文件为准。
