12月8日，南网能源（003035）发布公告，公司收到广西壮族自治区高级人民法院出具的民事裁定书，广西高院维持不予受理公司对孙公司广西南能昌菱清洁能源有限公司的破产清算申请的裁定。本次裁定为终审裁定。
2025年前三季度，南网能源实现收入26.29亿元，归母净利润3.42亿元。
