瑞财经 严明会 近日，山金国际公告称，于2025年12月8日召开董事会，审议通过对全资子公司海南盛蔚增资议案。
公司拟以自有资金14亿元对其增资，全部计入资本公积，不增注册资本，增资后仍持100%股权。
截至2025年前三季度，海南盛蔚营收38.10亿元、净利润-3590.45万元。
本次增资旨在推动境外子公司项目建设、降低资产负债率，不过未来可能面临宏观经济、行业政策等风险。
