格隆汇12月8日｜法巴同意以19亿欧元将AG Insurance的25%股权出售予比利时保险公司Ageas，以换取Ageas的总值11 亿欧元股份。法巴发声明称，作为长期股东，集团将加强Ageas的增长能力，同时保持其自主性及独立性。目前，法巴人寿持有Ageas 14.9%的股份，在完成今次以每股60欧元的增持后，股持股比例将增至22.5%。交易预计将于2026年第二季完成。
