曼妮芬母公司汇洁股份日前公告，决定终止运营海外子品牌understance，并逐步清理存货。该公司称是因为过去一年以来中美、 美加关税政策经常变化，未来关税政策不确定性因素无法排除。
更早前的11月，understance已在海外社交平台上宣布，将于12月1日永久关闭在加拿大开设的3家实体店。
understance是汇洁股份2021年6月面向北美市场推出的子品牌，主要销售文胸等内衣品类，定价多在25美元到40美元之间。understance在汇洁公司总营收中占比一直低于5%。
