格隆汇12月8日｜据《首尔经济日报》，韩国最早可能于本周宣布放宽对控股公司的监管，以及金融资本与产业资本分离的规定。目前的规定为，控股公司的“曾孙辈”公司在设立本地子公司时，必须持有100%的股权。若强制持股要求放宽至约50%，包括SK海力士在内的公司将能够更灵活地设立特殊目的公司（SPC）、吸引投资或与其他公司组建合资企业。
